1. The product(s) come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
2. Free maintenance and service are provided within the 6-month warranty period. Instrument parts are not covered under warranty. Shipping costs for warranty service shall be borne by the customer.
3. The return policy is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. (Except for Erhu products.)
4. Refunds will not exceed 50% of the original purchase price as stated on the proof of purchase. The final refund amount will be determined based on the condition of the product(s). (Except for Erhu products.)
5. Customers are required to present the warranty card and original proof of purchase when requesting return, refund, or service.
